Our mission is to bring health, positivity, fitness and love to this area of town. We understand that time is a stress in the business world and we want to condense that stress by bringing a Body HIIT program to you that will give you the most amount of work in the least amount of time. For those of you who have a lunch break that allows a very limited amount of time to get your body in motion, Body HIIT is the perfect solution. It caters directly to the busy fast paced business world, by offering a 35 minute quick lunch break or after work type of workout that will leave you energetic and confident that you got your body in motion for the day.
For those who are seeking more personalized workout than our Body HIIT program offers, we also offer 35 min and 60 min small group and semi private training sessions.
Body HIIT (high intensity interval training) is a 35-minute workout. Participants go through 10 color-coded stations of short, intense workouts to get the most benefits in the least amount of time. Each station is three minutes of intense workouts with a 30-second rest between stations.
