SWITCH (Strength, Weight Loss, Intensity, Transformation, Confidence, & Health) is one of CCF’s best-selling and most popular programs offered. These large setting group classes are here to provide positivity, motivation, encouragement and the proper tools/methods to help each individual achieve all their fitness goals to help them live a happier and healthier life.

SWITCH is a 60-minute boot camp style class. It is month to month, so there is no contract or extra fees. You are able to choose unlimited classes from both CCF locations. All SWITCH classes include trainers and clients with high energy and high tempo music (160bpm) to get you motivated and in high spirits. Each class can consist of 3-30 people and will include all activity levels so everyone is welcome! The pricing of the monthly SWITCHprogram is $119.99 per month. The process to sign up for the SWITCH program is done all online, using Mindbody.
