Our S.W.I.T.C.H. Program is one of our most popular. SWITCH stands for; Strength, Weight loss, Intensity, Transformation, Confidence and Health. All of these attributes are our focus when designing our SWITCH classes. These classes are primarily large group classes which give participants the ability to train with their friends and make new ones. These larger group classes demonstrate encouragement and team building principals while simultaneously help participants to reach their fitness goals.
