For Tahoe Native Sarah Bartholomew, an active lifestyle has always been the cornerstone of her daily routine. As a kid, she was involved in softball, basketball, golf, tennis, horseback riding, volleyball, and, her true passion, soccer. She played with different clubs from the age of 5, and, in high school, played on the team at Bishop Manogue Catholic High School. Following a difficult decision to forego her collegiate options for soccer, her love for the game then shifted to indoor soccer and kickboxing, where she shined for her technical skills and athleticism.
Sarah is currently studying Molecular Microbiology and Immunology at the University of Nevada, Reno, with additional undergrad studies in anatomy and nutrition. Ultimately, her goal is to attend a medical school to become a plastic surgeon.
In May of 2017, Sarah came to CCF with the hope of achieving a consistent and rewarding fitness routine, reaching some of her personal goals, and gaining a new level of self-confidence. She has since been able to push herself to limits she did not know existed, and revive the true athlete inside of her. You’ll often see Sarah jumping in on sets with her clients and pushing them to their own limits.. Nutrition and fitness have always been a priority for Sarah. She firmly believes that being healthy on the inside should be the primary focus, as having a healthy mind inevitably leads to healthy body! Sarah strives to help each client find his or her own niche within the vast depths of health and fitness, and gain a new level of knowledge and confidence in living the fit life.
