Mackenzie NiemannPersonal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor

    Growing up an athlete of many sports, Mackenzie has always had a strong desire towards the importance of fitness and sharing that love with others. Finding her true passion playing competitive volleyball from the young age of ten, she fell in love with an active lifestyle, playing for both her high school team, as well as for competitive club teams year-round. After graduating high school from a small town in California, Mackenzie decided to set aside her love for the game and experience individual growth within the gym setting.

    Mackenzie is currently a senior at the University of Nevada, Reno studying journalism and communications. Working in sports journalism, she has developed an even greater athletic drive and passion for sports, while developing a strong relationship with the Reno community.

    In 2017 Mackenzie became a part of the CCF community as she attended S.W.I.T.C.H classes, working to train her body and mind in the gym each day. Her goal in the gym began as simple as the desire to gain self-confidence and quickly grew to a complete mental and physical transformation. After less than a year of S.W.I.T.C.H, Mackenzie progressed into small group training and fell in love with the process all over again. She quickly developed a drive to better herself each day both mentally and physically.

    CCF has pushed Mackenzie outside of her own comfort zone, helped her rediscover her passion for athletics and gain strength both physically and mentally. Her passion in the gym has grown to help others find their own sense of inner confidence and self-love, while pushing them outside of their own limits. Mackenzie hopes to help others find their own passion for the gym, as well as their overall health.
