Kenia ClarkYoga and Fitness Instructor
General Manager

Kenia grew up with an active lifestyle, playing outdoors, playing soccer, playing volleyball, running track, skiing, hiking, camping etc. In 2013 while studying Geological Engineering at the University of Nevada-Reno, she stumbled into a yoga class that she had no idea would change the course of her life.

In 2019 Kenia got her Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) certification through the Yoga Alliance. She immediately began teaching Vinyasa Flow Yoga classes at Camie Cragg Fitness, The Studio Reno and private lessons.

Kenia is passionate about the holistic approach to health, fitness and wellness. She focuses on the supplementation of yoga with strength training; a balanced yin and yang. She will work with you to begin or enhance your fitness journey. Along the way you will learn to strengthen the mind-body-spirit connection.

Kenia also enjoys working behind the scenes at CCF, as a general manager. She enjoys working for a business where she can see her impact on the people and community directly!
