Adam ParrTrainer

    Over the past several years, Adam C. Parr has become one of the go-to trainers in the Beverly Hills and West Hollywood areas of Los Angeles.  By building his own fitness company, he has been privileged enough to work with professional athletes, Hollywood celebrities, and many of the most affluent people in LA.  Along with his private clientele, Adam has also had the opportunity to work in a Strength & Conditioning/Sport Science role for 2 seasons with a Major League Soccer team, as well as with athletes from various colleges and youth academies all over Los Angeles.

    He is now taking on the role of Strength & Conditioning Coach/Sport Scientist for Reno 1868 FC for the remainder of the USL season.  Adam is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Certified Functional Strength Coach (CFSC), USA Weightlifting Certified Level-1 Sport Performance Coach (USAW), and Precision Nutrition Certified Nutrition Coach (PN1).  Adam earned a B.S. in Kinesiology from San Diego State University, and he is currently pursuing a Master in High Performance Sport, from Australian Catholic University.  Adam was also a member of the 2003 High School Soccer National Championship team at Jesuit High School, in Sacramento, CA. He is excited to be a part of the CCF team, and he can’t wait to get started working with all of the athletes based in the Reno-Sparks area!
