Small Group Training

Small group training is a high-demand style of training due to the fact that energy is built into the session with all the bodies pushing one another to get to their optimal performance. All fitness and intensity levels are welcome.

  • 3-10 people in a group for a 60-minute session
  • First-class is free
  • Unlimited access to class times
  • Can choose between two, three, four or five training days per week
  • Trainer active with client the entire time
  • Total Body Fitness Classes on Saturdays included – time TBA.
  • No membership or initiation fee
