1-3 people will share an hour in the same environment yet will train separate based upon each individual’s goals. These sessions are personally scheduled with the trainer of choice that lasts about 60 minutes. When one chooses to do semi-private training, they will consult with a trainer about personal goals, timelines, do their initial body assessment and much more to reach their optimal physique. One may choose to train two, three, four or even five times a week for the month to obtain the strength, gains and weight loss that they seek. As a BONUS and motivation to keep the energy up and momentum strong we give our semi-private training clients access to participate in our PROGRESSION Class every Saturday morning at 7 am as a token of our appreciation.
