January 1st is approaching quickly as you might be thinking about what actions you are going to take to make a sincere change in yourself mentally & physically! I have a suggestion that will cater to the clean eating aspect of life that most people are in need of. Some people workout (a lot) and don't see the change because of their eating habits stay the same! I am dedicating the month of January to Clean Eating for a consecutive 31 days! It's a challenge to see what you can accomplish and prove to yourself! I too will be involved in this challenge. We will weigh in Jan 1 & Jan 31st. I will supply you of every tool that you will need in order to make this challenge a total success!
Things that you will need:
-smart phone or PC
-Zip lock bags
-exact foods on the menu I will give to you.
-refillable water bottle
-determination to lose as much scale weight as possible through eating to your exact calorie count depending on your variables: height, age, weight, exercise habits & intensity!
-ability to say NO to what you used to eat & understand the significance of eating clean, eating often and in perfect portions for you! Remember everyone is different and I will cater to you so please leave all excuses behind!

Trendy fad diets do not exist with me so yes you will have to work at this as my hopes by the end of the 31 days is that you have learned the importance of eating clean, in good potions, on time and all at the same time not even seem like you are on a diet because you are NOT, it's a lifestyle!
